PAYMENT - We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required when placing an order.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS - Order changes or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours from your order time, we are unable to make any changes to your order and your acceptance of these terms and conditions is assumed. After your order is finalized, your item will be custom built just for you!
SHIPPING POLICY – We offer FREE shipping for all products to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.
DELIVERY – Your product typically will ship within 10 days from the order date. Products are shipped with GUARANTEED DELIVERY via UPS Ground. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days for delivery. During peak times production and shipment time may increase.
RETURN POLICY – Product returns are allowed within 5 days from the date the product was received.
Please contact us at (866)678-6738 or at email@example.com to initiate the return process. An RMA number will be issued at this time. If the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect item, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Products being returned should be in their original packaging and condition. Returned products cannot be altered or damaged in any way. Clearly mark the RMA number on the box. Items must be received within 30 days of date the RMA was issued.
Certain products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We issue credit only after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise. Credit will be issued to the credit card supplied at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your credit.
DAMAGED PRODUCT – If your product is damaged during shipment, you must notify us within 5 days of the item being delivered. PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND DO NOT DISPOSE OF PACKAGING OR MATERIALS FROM THE SHIPMENT PRIOR TO THE CLAIM BEING RESOLVED. dISPOSING OF PACKAGING MATERIALS BEFORE THE DAMAGE CLAIM IS RESOLVED MAY RESULT IN A DENIED CLAIM. We may request pictures and other documentation. Upon review of the damage, we will issue a replacement order or refund for the damaged item. In some cases, we may arrange for the shipping company to pick up your damaged product.
WARRANTY – We Are Egress is committed to providing durable, high-quality products free of manufacturing damage or material defect. Our products carry a 5-year limited warranty for the original purchaser. Our 5-year warranty protects your cover from defective parts and improper workmanship. We Are Egress will supply a replacement product for any defective product at no charge to the customer. Proof of purchase is required, and replacement is the sole remedy to the purchaser under this warranty.
Our warranty does not protect against damage caused by alteration, improper installation, improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, storm damage or intentional damage. This warranty is non-transferable. LIABILITY LIMITATION In no event shall We Are Egress be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the sale, installation, use, or inability to use our products.
